Warranty Information

Serial Number Integrity: The warranty will not apply if the serial number on the product or warranty card is intentionally destroyed, defaced, or mismatched.
Physical Damage: Replacements will not be granted if the product shows scratches, dents, or burnt AC cords/sockets. In such cases, service will follow standard repair policy charges.
Exclusions: Damage caused by natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, lightning), electrical faults, unauthorized repairs, liquid spills, or accidents is not covered.
Applicability: Applicable only to manufacturing defects when used according to the user manual. The warranty is effective from the purchase date.
Household Use Only: Commercial use (over 220 cycles per year) voids all warranties. Non-household installations (dorms, laundries, poultry houses, etc.) will incur transportation costs for repairs or replacement.
Consumables & Parts: Cosmetic plastics, glasswork, piping, and consumable materials are excluded from warranty coverage.
